January 6 at 12am - January 12 at 11:59pm
No Sweets, Pork, Red Meat, Junk Food, Fried Food or Fast Food.
Limited Social Media, TV, and gaming. Only drink 100% natural juices, broth, or water.
No tea, coffee, or caffeinated beverages.
WEEK 2
January 13 at 12am - January 19 at 11:59pm
No Sweets, Meats, Dairy, Junk Food, Fried Food or Fast Food.
Fruits, Vegetables & Seafood ONLY-optional
(Daniel Fast: Earth Yielded Foods like Whole Grains/Nuts/Legumes) *Preferably Implement Vegan Fast*
Limited Social Media, TV, and gaming.
Only drink 100% natural juices & water. No tea, coffee, or caffeinated beverages.
WEEK 3
January 20 at 12am - January 26 at 6:00am
Water only or 1 meal daily only keeping with the week 2 food list. (If possible)
(Fast ends on Sunday, January 26th at 6:00am)
Take your time with each bite and eat gentle foods to break a fast.
SUGGESTIONS
Warm Broth, Dried Fruits (Dates, Apricots or Raisins),
Cooked Vegetables, or Avocados.
Once you’re tolerating gentler foods, add in other healthy foods — like whole grains, beans, vegetables, nuts, and seeds — and return to eating nutritionally enriched foods.
